It seems that Google still keep the plan to development a new social networking after decided to close Google Wave with not much success from there. This time, Google has acquired Angstro, a small organization with a few products including Noteworthy News, a service that delivers news about people and companies in a user’s professional network.
Google confirmed the acquisition but declined to comment on the plans to use with Angstro technologies.
Angstro has offered other products as well, including Knx.to, essentially a centralized address book that combines all of a user’s connections from Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, LinkedIn, Flickr and others. Disco Explorer is another service from Angstro that let users more easily search through data like status updates and photos that users upload to Facebook. Neither service is currently accessible online; it’s unclear if they are still available.
Angstro marks the fourth company that Google has acquired this month. It bought Slide, a social games developer; Jambool, a company that makes a platform for managing online payment for virtual goods sold on gaming and social networking sites; and Like.com, a visual shopping engine.
Will you expected for a social networking like Facebook, Twitter with the name is Like.com in future ?

Google has purchased more that 7 social networking software and application start ups in recent months. They are doing whatever they can to try and get a handle on the social angle after the dismal performance of both Wave and Buzz.
We think they will develop the best ever social networking with the domain Like.com.
