The First Touchscreen Android Tablet From BenQ, Runs Android 2.2
BenQ has showed off their first Android tablet during this week BenQ’s Global Distributors Meeting in Taiwan. The Android 2.2 tablet called the nReader R100, and has a 667MHz Samsung ARM-based CPU, 10.1-inch 1024 x 600 resistive touchscreen display.
It also has a 4GB of flash storage, an SD/SDHC/SDXC card slot, 3G, Wi-Fi, an HDMI port, a 12-hour battery and runs on Android 2.2 OS. The BenQ nReader R100 is expected to be launched in Q1 next year in China, Taiwan and Japan. Unfortunately, there is no word for pricing yet.
