The power output from the bass driver is 50W and 2 x 25W from the midrange/tweeter configuration. It also has 100 dB SPL/1m and a frequency response of 50 to 20kHz.

You can enjoy the marvels of a wireless life no matter if you have an iPod, iPhone, iPad, a Mac or a PC. Just plug in the transmitter and you’re set. Plug the transmitter in another device and you have a new source of sound.

The Beat comes with a transmitter for your portable devices and a USB-transmitter for your computer. One push of a button and the Beat changes between the two. It really can’t be easier than this.

The speaker disperses sound in different directions, reflecting it off the walls, providing 360 degree sound and will be released in January 2011 for $655 each.
